Returns & Exhanges 

We do accept returns and exchanges. 

Contact me within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Post items back within 14 days from delivery.

To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and those are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Custom or personalised orders can not be refunded unless defective.

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will replace it with another one, same type, after receiving a photo of broken product. 

Please let us know about broken product within 3 days of receiving it.

The refunds will be issued upon reception of the returned item within 14 days from receiving it.
