We use 2nd class Royal Mail service for most of our orders. Please contact us if you would like to buy a special delivery service.

You can collect your order for free from our Oxford shop within the shop opening hours. It is best to let us know in advance when you plan to collect it.

I believe that you will absolutely love our ceramics, but if for any reason you would like to return an item, you can do it within 14 days after receiving it.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Refunds will be made upon receiving the item back.

Please select the classes you would like to attend on our Classes page and hit the "Book" button. Please let me know which class you are interested in, when you want to come and how many people will attend. I will reply to you shortly with all of the information.

All of our classes are held in our studio below the shop.

Yes, we can gift wrap your order for a small additional charge. Please add this item from the shop section.

If you are purchasing a few items and would like them to be gift wrapped individually, please add the same number of gift wraps as there are items to your order.

For some workshops, like Kintsugi repair or decorating with ceramic transfers, I can be hired to perform it at your venue as long as it is located within Oxford or nearby.

Yes, we do! We are happy to discuss your custom order. It does not matter if it is for one piece or 100. We will be happy to design and create ceramic pieces just for you!
